Unfortunately the CD/DVD drive reads only very few CDs, so you might want to buy an external drive/burner, available from around 30 EUR. The battery only lasts a short time (5 to 10 minutes), which is enough for leaving it in stand-by while travelling and for moving from room to room, but for working you need to connect to the grid.
